Why Are We Here?

Over thirty years ago, I walked onto my first oil and gas project site as a mechanical engineer. Today, I help organizations and professionals avoid the costly mistakes I spent decades learning to solve.

I am a Principal Consultant and CEO with deep, hands-on experience spanning the full project lifecycle - from Feasibility Studies through  Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) to EPIC execution and commissioning - for major IOCs, NOCs, and EPC contractors across Nigerian Niger Delta, Qatar, and internationally.

I have worked with Shell, Chevron, Addax Petroleum, Qatar Petroleum (Qatar Energy), and TotalEnergies (ELF), among others, managing multi-million dollar offshore and onshore projects where schedule overruns and cost blowouts were not options.

But here is what I have learned: technical expertise alone does not build great organizations or great careers. Leadership does.

That insight drove me to become a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker - one of a select group operating across the globe. I now work at the intersection of project excellence and people development, helping oil and gas companies, engineering firms, such as Nigeria National Petroleum Company Ltd (NNPCL) and NNPC Engineering and Technical Company (NETCO), and ambitious professionals close the gap between where they are and where they need to be.

I have trained hundreds of professionals virtually and in person, including a 600+ participant Project Management Training for NNPC. I have authored courses on EPC contracts, recovery planning, leadership for new managers, and strategic personal development.
